Drugged Driving Laws in California May Soon Change
The laws and regulations regarding driving while under the influence of alcohol are clear in California. It is illegal to operate a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent. The laws regarding driving while under the influence of drugs, however, are a little more confusing.
