Possession of Methamphetamine Ingredients with Intent to Manufacture

Certain drugs, such as methamphetamine, are referred to as “homemade” or “manufactured” drugs. Not only is it illegal to possess methamphetamine in California, but it is also illegal to possess ingredients with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
